Rose Plan: Our Rose plan has grown increasingly popular here in Clarksville TN and has been a joy for us to build! This beautiful open concept plan floor plan has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with its main focal point being the fireplace. The primary bedroom being on the opposite side of the property with a beautiful bathroom and walk-in closets
Aspen Oak: Has increasingly become a second favorite floor plan that Nicholas Construction has built. Very similar to the Rose Floor Plan. The first floor spacious open floor plan has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the second floor, you will find a bonus room, office space and 4th bedroom along with a 3rd bathroom. A lot of clients enjoy this floor plan because the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house. Just like the Rose Plan, the Aspen Oak offers a bonus room.

We work closely with the storm shelter professionals as well as the trademand need to execute this specific request to ensure all goes according to plan.
Hidden Pantry: This has become an increasingly popular detail in the design of custom built homes. Storage is the number one want/need! Having a hidden pantry provides just that. What looks like a regular double door cabinet offers an element of surprise to your guest when you open it to find such a large space, your pantry! Popular for holding all large appliances such as your mixer or microwave or maybe a second beverage fridge. Also found in this space is storage for items used on special occasions like serving platters or large baking sheets. Storage is important and a hidden pantry offers just that.
Costco Door: This is a small door that connects the pantry to the garage.
