Nick- Owner:
Carl- Project Manager:
Retired Army. Made Clarksville TN his home after retirement. Has Project Management history. Has been with Nicholas Construction LLC for 4+ years. Carl oversees multiple projects for NCLLC, both residential and commercial. His attention to detail and multitasking skill makes Carl one of our biggest assets to the team.
Rob- Project Manager:
Medically Retired Army. Made Clarksville TN his home after getting out of the Army. He has been with NCLLC for just over a year. After leaving the Army Rob jumped head first into a the world of construction and project manager. Alongside Carl, Rob manages several projects and recently has become the Estimator for NCLLC.
Viktoriya- Office Manager & Selections Coordinator:
Has made Clarksville TN home after her husband got out of the Army. Has worked with NCLLC for a little over a year. Her experience in the Home Building industry has been as asset to the success of NCLLC. Not only does she manage the day to day operation In the office. She is also the Selections Coordinator. Her vision and excellent taste in all things interior designing is displayed in every home as she guides clients through the process offering her opinion when needed.
Samantha- Administrative Assistant:
Samantha has made Clarksville TN home for the past 11 years. Being the newest member of the NCLLC team, she has worked alongside everyone as the administrative assistant helping in the office keeping
everything running. Samantha has been in the construction/ home building industry for the last 4 years.

This past year alone, we’ve have been fortunate to dedicate time to make a small impact in the communities we serve by addressing the needs and supporting meaningful causes in Clarksville Tennessee. Whether its donating to local schools, working alongside the Boys Scouts of American or helping organizations expand their reach to the members of the community. Clarksville TN is the home to Fort Campbell Army Base, we are proud of the Army vets who currently work for Nicholas Construction LLC and strive to find ways to give back to the soldiers and families.
Boy Scouts: NCLLC assisted in the design, construction and erecting of a local members Eagle Scout project. This member of the Boy Scouts was required as part of the program to promote to Eagle Scouts had to find a way to give back to his community and while doing so had to create the entire plan all on his own. Team members from Nicholas Construction LLC donated time and resources to building an eco-friendly guardrail in a local park: The Rotary Park located in Clarksville TN.
Camp Rainbow: Camp Rainbow exists to provide individuals with developmental and physical disabilities with a fun, safe and affordable summer camp experience. With generous donation from individuals and companies like ours, these campers are gifted a 3 day Camp stay at little to no cost to them.
Brothers Keeper: My Brother’s Keeper Program aims to ensure that all young people can reach their full potential. This amazing program works with local communities offering pathways to success via pre-apprenticeship programs in carpentry. School Sports: Multiple donation to local Clarksville TN school Sports sponsorships and donations.
